Samson specialises in mixed-methods research, statistical analysis, and programme evaluation, bringing robust data expertise to the team. With several years of experience designing and implementing technical evaluations, he has led baseline and endline studies directly within Zambia's education sector. At Jigsaw, he delivers high-quality research and strategic insights that drive the mission to build evidence for effective education.

Prior to joining Jigsaw, Samson conducted impactful applied research with the University of Zambia, TopStar Communications, Contact Trust Youth Association, and Chedic Associates. An experienced educator, he has also taught research methods and academic writing at the university. He holds a BA in Demography with Development Studies and an MA in Population Studies from the University of Zambia.
