Chisenga is an interdisciplinary researcher  specialised in the intersection of gender, technology, and education. Her expertise includes managing complex research studies and evaluations across low-resource environments for diverse global stakeholders. At Jigsaw, she leads and supports large-scale mixed-methods education projects spanning Latin America, Eastern Europe, Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa.

An experienced leader and practitioner in informal learning, Chisenga previously co-founded and directed a women-in-technology initiative, designing and delivering digital literacy programmes, technical upskilling, and mentorship programmes for girls and young women. She holds a BSc in Computing, MSc in Practising Sustainable Development (ICT4D) and is a PhD candidate at the University of Sheffield.
