David Hollow

David leads Jigsaw, an education research organisation and social enterprise based in London. He is committed to helping organisations use rigorous evidence to bring about lasting change in education. He has worked in over 25 countries with a variety of donors, governments, INGOs and community-based organisations. Recent clients include FCDO, UNHCR, World Bank, Save the Children, UNICEF, and Tearfund. 

David has worked in the international education and humanitarian sectors for 15 years and has a PhD from the University of London (2010). His doctoral research focused on evaluating the impact of technology on education in sub-Saharan Africa. David is Research Director at the EdTech Hub and a board member for Refugee Education UK and Justice Defenders.
